More than 2 weeks	25%
1 day to 2 weeks	50%
Within 24 hours of program	100%

Cancellations more than two weeks before the course will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Cancelling registrants will receive 75% of their course registration tuition back in a refund, to be processed within three weeks of the close of the course.

Cancellations more than 24 hours but less than two weeks in advance of the course, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancelling registrants will receive 50% of their course registration tuition back in a refund, to be processed within three weeks of the close of the course.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the start of the course will not be eligible for any registration refund. No refunds are given to no-shows. All cancellations that are eligible for partial refund must be submitted in writing either via fax (301-565-3952) or email (lauram@cookross.com).

If Cook Ross, Inc. cancels a course for which you have registered and paid, we will, at your direction, refund 100% of your registration fee or apply your registration fee to a future course.
