| Cook Ross has the experience and the know-how to develop computer-based training. We have developed, among other things, a CD-ROM Diversity Training for ADT Securities, a scenario-based training model for teaching Cultural Competency to healthcare providers, and CultureVision, our new software that supports healthcare providers best providing care for people from different ethnic and cultural origins. Our design can be used asynchronistically, so that any participant can come on at any time and still get the full value of the training. Each participant works at their own pace. In scenario-based trainings, participants interact with an assigned team so the process is essentially done in community with others.
