Culturally Competent Healthcare in Three Clicks and Five Minutes

One of our most exciting developments this year has been the rollout of our breakthrough web-based product, CultureVisionT . Created with the support of our long-time client, Bon Secours Health System, CultureVisionT is a robust, constantly evolving universe of user-friendly information about the health patterns of dozens of religious, cultural, and ethnic groups. It gives healthcare providers on-the-spot access to vital information they need to provide culturally competent patient care, within three clicks and five minutes. Imagine: A Filipino woman is admitted to the hospital to deliver a baby. The doctor simply goes to any computer and signs in to CultureVisionT. She selects 'Filipino' from the menu, and then clicks on 'Labor, Birth, and Aftercare,' and - just like that - she has the information she needs. 25 hospitals are already using CultureVisionT, and the network is growing.

Creating Culture from the Inside Out

Working with a large utility company, we created a Culture Change Task Force. 65 people from all departments and levels of the organization came together and created a powerful new vision for their company's culture. We then trained those 65 to engage their fellow employees in the vision. Their passion is infectious!

Helping to Train New Leaders for New Schools

One of our most inspiring projects is our ongoing work with New Leaders New Schools, a wonderful not-for-profit organization which trains committed educators to be outstanding inner-city school principals. We have coached two classes of these principals, and never fail to leave inspired by their commitment and vision.

Coaching and Facilitating From the Inside Out: A Training Program for Internal and External Business Consultants and Coaches

This new course is designed for people who want to develop or enhance their ability to motivate, inspire, and create change in people. Whether you are a business person, a healthcare provider, or an organizational coach, trainer, or a leader of people - or someone who wants to be one - this training will expand your awareness of your self, and your ability to serve clients and colleagues. Working on social, psychological, and transpersonal levels, participants learn ways to coach individuals and teams to create changes that are real and sustainable.
